We are hiring for a Senior Business Manager - Home Depot. The individual will lead and develop the growth strategy for The Home Depot Install Services (HDIS) division and work directly with the pro and HDIS merchant team. The individual is also responsible for partnering with the Senior Director in achieving sales and margin targets and in the development and execution of the sales plans for HDIS and The Home Depot Pro.
RESPONSIBILITIES Establish productive working relationships with key personnel within the National Buying Office and in the field, including:
Home Depot Millwork Merchants and staff
Field Operations
Key Regional Merchandise Managers
Work with the Senior Director to understand, identify, quantify and prioritize market opportunities.
Responsible for the influence of Andersen representation in HDIS, THD Pro and special-order program.
Work closely with cross-functional partners (Sales Ops, Field Sales, Marketing, Product Teams) to drive key initiatives that deliver on sales targets and programs.
Provide voice of customer and competitive insight into product development and promotional programs.
Other duties as assigned by Senior Director.
QUALIFICATIONS Four-year Bachelor's degree or higher.
Knowledge of general business and retail store operations.
Possesses a thorough understanding of national and retail account operations and vendor interface.
Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate data.
A working knowledge of the window & door industry, products, competitors, and installation techniques.
Ability to work effectively across functions and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Travel requirement 25-35%.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
