Following this temporary assignment, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a traveling Construction Manager role, bringing your expertise to solar initiatives across the country!

Key Responsibilities -
Onsite Leadership: Lead from the job site, overseeing daily construction activities to ensure projects adhere to design, budget, and schedule.
- Technical Expertise: Review and manage construction drawings, estimator proposals, and material purchases.
- Crew Management: Direct and organize construction crews, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and resources.
- Project Coordination: Schedule and manage client meetings, subcontractor coordination, and crane/material deliveries.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, maintain safety standards, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Skills & Experience - Commercial Construction Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction management.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of managing crews and overseeing construction projects.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug test.
Working Conditions - Onsite Role : This position is based on the job site in Pensacola for 6-9 months, with the potential to transition into a traveling CM role thereafter.
