Job Description We are Lockheed Martin The position is for the Scrum Master position on the Performance & Decision Analytics Data Modeling team within the F-35 Sustainment DSA organization.
Responsibilities to include (but not limited to) scheduling and managing the activities required to perform the following: 1) Assessment of Data Model Elements/Attributes 2) Construction and delivery contractually obligated data sets 3) comparing and contrasting historical changes/performance over time of data elements/attributes 4) Documenting processes and procedures to construct data model attributes & attributes.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelors degree from an accredited college , or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or 0 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Related technical disciplines with an emphasis in modeling, data manipulation, and/or the application of mathematical and statistical methods to apply to business and risk management problems.
Desired skills - Experience in the following: 1) Performing in a Scrum Master role 2) Managing complex projects to completion 3) Allocating requirements to schedules 4) Experience with data modeling, data manipulation, data analysis/science.
- Familiarity with Mural, JIRA, Confluence, agile processes and tools.
- SAFE Agile Certified.
- Programming experience with Python, R, SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Proficiency with MS Office tool suite.
- Coursework or previous experience analyzing supply chain networks, descriptive and predictive modeling, statistics and statistical modeling, time series analysis and forecasting, optimization and simulation, communication, story-telling and visualization.
- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Data preparation and transformation

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $67,400 - $129,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,600 - $146,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
