As a Remote Live Chat Agent for Metrocasa you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through live chat and other digital channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner while also promoting our energy services and products.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat email and other digital channels
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and helpful information about our services and products
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customer accounts
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meet or exceed customer service and sales performance metrics

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
• 12 years of customer service experience in a call center or chat environment
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in computer software and technology including chat platforms and CRM software
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $20.00 $35.00/hour.
