MAU is hiring a Recruiter for our client in Gainesville, GA. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and effective hiring process. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the manufacturing industry or sector or a similar role

• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting related to manufacturing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and track progress through the recruitment process
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures during the recruitment process
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
• Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment processes and tools
• Perform other tasks as assigned
