General Duties

• Communicate effectively.
• Collaborate as a team.
• Be on time, thorough, and quick.
• Portuguese translator to aid with communication barriers between the installation crews and our customer service personnel. Would prefer 3-4 years of experience as a translator. Must be able to follow instructions, and communicate clearly both verbally and grammatically, in a fast-paced environment. This position will have some administrative responsibilities (phones, emails, and customer service).
• Flexible schedule with a possibility of some weekends and Saturdays.

Installation Crew Management

• Scheduling installation crews. This includes handling job add-ons/removal requests with the customer, supplier, and installer.
• Communicate scheduling assignments to crews and review the schedule board each afternoon to ensure all customers have been assigned.
• Gather pictures of the job site before/after the job, check materials, and communicate issues.
• Available to assist the crew in many other various ways as needed - hotels, u-hauls, scheduling, trip charge requests, etc.
• Responsible to research and close all jobs at the end of the night.
• Order products needed and coordinate pickup with the crew.
• Work effectively with a team of supervisors to ensure all customers are cared for.

Customer Service

• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the installation.
• Responsible for all documentation and customer notifications for incidents, work not done, notable occurrences, or circumstances.
• Troubleshoot issues with installs and communicate the steps moving forward.
