Remote Pledge Drive Agent Opportunity

We are looking for dedicated Remote Pledge Drive Agents to support our upcoming pledge drive!

Your Role:

• Handle inbound calls to assist with pledge drives for various nonprofit organizations.
  
• No cold calling or donation solicitation your focus will be on processing payments from incoming calls.
  
• Deliver reliable highquality support to every caller.
  
• Accurately document call details resolutions and any necessary followup actions.
  

Requirements

• 24/7 schedule availability
  
• Minimum of 6 months call center experience
  
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher
  
• Must be selfdirected and selfmotivated
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Strong listening skills
  
• Must be able to complete certification within 10 days or less
  
• Must be able to pass a background check
  
• Must be able to service at least 20 hours per month
  

PC requirements:

• Hardwired connection (no wireless)
  
• USB VoIP Headset
  
• Windows 10 or 11 with antimalware and antispyware security software
  
• 2 GB RAM with Intel or AMD CPU 2GHz processor or equivalent
  
• Google chrome browser

Benefits

Starting pay $0.25 to 0.32 per talk minute based on performance (Average $1115 per hour).

The job pays $0.25 per talk minute which increases to $0.33 per talk minute based on your productivity.
