Job Summary:
As a Parts Counter Person at Twin State Ford in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, you will play an essential role in the success of our dealership by providing outstanding customer service and efficient parts sales. This is a full-time individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
•Greet customers and provide them with a positive and welcoming experience
•Listen to customers' needs and accurately identify the parts they require
•Look up and retrieve parts using electronic catalogs or physical inventory
•Assist customers in finding and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
•Process parts sales transactions, including taking payment and issuing receipts
•Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels
•Collaborate with the service and repair departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts
•Keep the parts counter and showroom clean and organized
•Proactively seek out and suggest upselling opportunities to customers
•Stay up-to-date on all new products, features, and accessories for various vehicle makes and models

Requirements:

•Excellent customer service and communication skills
•Computer literacy and ability to use electronic parts catalogs
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
•Valid driver's license and clean driving record
