Job Description

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

• Handle clerical tasks, maintain patient records, and assist with document preparation.
• Serve as a contact point for inquiries, answer phones, relay messages, and facilitate communication within the unit.
• Greet and assist patients and families, and support admission and discharge processes.
• Coordinate patient appointments, tests, and procedures, collaborating with departments as needed.
• Monitor and replenish unit supplies, and assist with inventory management.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to support daily operations.
• Follow safety protocols, maintain compliance with regulations, and ensure accurate documentation.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Medical Assisting or CNA experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Current CPR Card issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• Must have proof of MMR, Varicella vaccinations or titers.
• Proof of TB/PPD or Chest X-ray within the past 12 Months
• Current Annual Health Clearance
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.

• Department: Radiology - Diagnostic Imaging
• Scheduled Hours: 0800-1630, 1600-0030, 0000-0830
• Shift: Day, Evening, and Graveyard available
• Working Days: M-F, alternating weekends and holidays
• Location: Los Angeles, CA
• Salary Range: $23-$26
• Status: Ongoing
