The Opportunity:

The Global PCG Marketing Department uses an extensive suite of cross-platform technology tools that support a sophisticated lead generation program to help fuel growth globally for our Private Client Groups (PCG/I). The Marketing Technology Group oversees the technology tools to build and deploy business solutions – such as email campaigns, web forms with interactive experiences like calculators and much more – to help improve marketing performance.

As Marketing Technology Team Leader, you will help oversee the development and execution of web pages and digital experiences to support our lead generation efforts. You will manage the team of web developers, use Sitecore CMS and suite of related tools, and coordinate across marketing teams to implement important programs, including A|B tests, personalized and interactive campaigns and much more. As part of being within the Marketing Technology Group, you will help ensure the tools, platforms, and support an industry-leading Global Marketing Department.

The Day-to-Day:

• Manage the web development team to ensure quality deliverables
• Support talent management and a team structure that aligns skills of the dev team with projects and deliverables
• Understand and communicate front end/back end configuration requirements across various teams, including leadership
• Coordinate with program leads and support the QA processes to ensure quality of web code, accuracy of lead data and overall user experience
• Partner with technical teams/vendors to manage our Sitecore CMS and related technology systems, identifying potential improvements, recommend solutions to improve efficiency
• Partner with Global Marketing teams from planning to execution to provide digital experiences tailored to campaigns and geographic markets
• Oversee and help build/develop web pages and digital experiences per design system and UX specifications

Your Qualifications:

• 2+ years managing teams (ideally technical teams), coaching and developing skills within a team
• Have experience working with web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript and visual studio IDE) and related system integrations
• Familiar with enterprise Content Management Systems (ex. Sitecore, Drupal, or headless CMS)
• Comfortable leading and working across departments, including technical development teams (using Agile methodologies)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience delivering consistent and high-quality work

  Compensation:

• $90,000 - $120,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
