Purpose of Position:

We are looking to add an Inventory Manager with experience in Oracle Cloud system, and Microsoft Excel (Advanced), to our fast paced but energetic and enjoyable workplace.

As the Inventory manager, working under the direction of the Sr Director of Operations, you will be responsible for Managing an order processing staff of 6 and manage the data for inventory recollection. Maintain consistent inventory data balance from domestic warehouses and possibly 1 international warehouse. Work with Production/Sales/Inventory (PSI), sales data and our international team to provide analysis helpful in identifying sales trends. Facilitate transferring balanced stock to the optimal warehouse with preparation from the supply chain data. The Inventory manager will prepare processes using a combination of software, custom programming, and integration between existing systems.

Essential Duties

* Work with Overseas Business Analysts to drive compliance with internal & external financial accounting; inventory cycle counts, & recounts, with the primary goal of ensuring accurate inventory level count resolutions for Supply Chain distribution facilities. Review Inventory management from prior year surplus, as well as effectively reviewing the inventory turn ratio for proper distribution.

* Develop integration with HQ factories to establish an effective inventory review process to ensure product is distributed within the correct timeline with correlation to incoming overseas vessels to distribute correct inventory volumes to the appropriate U.S. warehouses within 100 miles of customer delivery.

* Maintain and develop warehousing balance schedule to review with EOM outbound to ensure balanced inventory on a monthly schedule to review with HOD's the balance inventory from every U.S. warehouse.

* Be able to perform cycle counts and yearly physical Inventory and be the administrator of the inventory audit review and resolve inventory surplus.

* Strong developmental skills to be able to balance inventory in the Oracle Cloud and 3rd party warehousing services to ensure clear balanced inventory.

* Provide monthly updates to management on the trending inventory to review with HQ Business Analysts on PSI structure.

* Develops and maintains knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment. Ensures staff acquires customer specific skills and knowledge.

* Monitor the daily open and back-order report to ensure on time shipping

* Monitor the e-mail workload to make sure responses are provided withing 48 hours

* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers' needs

* Provides leadership and direction to staff as required. This includes training, evaluations, staffing, time reporting and other HR issues, as appropriate

Qualifications

* Minimum 4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Business/Inventory Management

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory control in a distribution or manufacturing environment

* Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques (Oracle Cloud)

* Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Power Point, Word, Outlook, advanced Excel)

* Project Management skills preferred.

* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, works well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.

* Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.

* Ability to quickly learn extensive software platforms and be able to integrate them with several other software applications

* Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
