Join our team at Farmers Insurance - Justin Wray's Agency, a thriving insurance agency committed to excellence and driven by a passion for helping clients protect what matters most. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a trainee in our Agency Accelerator Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands-on experience in agency operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing into agency ownership.

In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate and maintain proactive communication with potential clients to identify their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with clients to assess their coverage requirements and present suitable insurance options.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by explaining policy details, coverage options, and premiums to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their insurance plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize sales approaches, share best practices, and support one another in achieving individual and team targets.
  • Utilize various sales tools and technologies to manage client interactions, track progress, and optimize sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients and maintain compliance with insurance regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • State-specific insurance license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience or aptitude.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ethical and trustworthy demeanor.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
  • Compliance with background check and regulatory requirements.
