Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties: Set appointments via inbound & outbound calls, while tracking same day appointments, confirmations and cancellations Average 20-25 calls per hour Must be able to type at a rate of 30-45 WPM Provide exceptional service at all times Maintain a positive attitude in all internal and external communications Perform other tasks, as needed Qualifications and Skills: Available to work some evenings and weekend Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in achieving goals while being self-motivated Proven ability to successfully work in a fast pace environment, where accuracy is essential Strong verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Must be highly dependable and have a strong work ethic
