What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who brings a positive attitude, strong technical skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience : At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician
• EPA Type II Certification : Preferred, reflecting a solid understanding of industry standards.
• HVAC Code Knowledge : Familiarity with local HVAC codes and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Technical Expertise : Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
• Technical Aptitude : Proficiency with HVAC tools, equipment, and measurement devices.
• Diagnostic Skills : Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
• Emergency Repair Capabilities : Efficiently performing emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• System Maintenance : Experience in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Compliance Knowledge : Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and safety regulations.
• Customer Education : Educating clients on services and products, and providing clear, accurate quotes.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal communicator with the ability to explain technical information and use iPad/Android software.
• Independent & Team Work : Capable of working independently with initiative, or as part of a team.
• Physical Ability : Capability to perform job duties, including lifting equipment, working in confined spaces, and climbing ladders.
• Valid Driver’s License : Required for the role.
• Background Check & Drug Test : Must pass both.

• Perform physical tasks in various climate conditions, including confined spaces.
