Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our communications efforts by managing internal and external communications, coordinating events, and assisting in the creation of content that resonates with our audience. This position is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in communications and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Manage the company's communication calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
  • Monitor and respond to communications-related inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
  • Assist in content creation for various platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Track and report on communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
