Each Entry Level Business Manager learns the consumer preferences, sales, customer service, market trends, and business practices necessary to succeed in the position. If you are looking for interpersonal work, exciting problem-solving, business development, and client evolution, the Entry Level Business Manager position is for you!

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Manager:

• Contacting and engaging consumers from provided lead lists from clients, eventually progressing to developing new business and maintaining current relationships
• Implementing sales and customer service practices to properly represent the client and their services
• Stay on the cutting edge of the market with technological and current events knowledge of the industry
• Become an expert in full cycle sales and progress into the training and development of others in the same processes that have made you a successful closer

What We Are Looking For:

 

• Experience in a related industry (marketing, sales, retail, customer service, etc.)
• Ability to think strategically and have great problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in management or leadership is a plus
• Reliability in completing tasks both individually and when collaborating with sales teams or other Business Managers
