Location based in Flint

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from receiving and processing online orders to coordinating and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

• Receive and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter orders into the system and update order status as necessary.
• Coordinate with inventory management to ensure stock levels meet demand.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate team.
• Assist in stock replenishment and manage returns and exchanges.

Customer Service:

• Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving order fulfillment processes and efficiency.
• Implement best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments, including sales, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
• Provide support and training to new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Cannabis Industry experience preferred.
• Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Dutchie POS and METRC knowledge major plus!!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$15/hour
