Smile Design Dental Center is expanding! We're excited to announce the opening of our brand new practice this October and we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team as we continue to grow. With state-of-the-art equipment and a beautifully designed practice, our well-established patient base awaits you!

Location: Our brand new office will be next to Starbucks on Bryan Rd

Opening: End of October

Schedule: Full Time (Tuesday - Friday)

Position: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and are known for your dependability, we would love to hear from you!

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, but we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow with us.
• Qualities:
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
  • Work Ethic: Strong commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
  • Dependability: Reliable and consistent in performance and attendance.

Compensation:

• Sign on Bonus: $2,500
• Pay: $42-50 Per hour
• Daily Bonus Opportunity

Minimum Qualifications  

• Current dental hygienist license in MO
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor   with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
