Beacon Hill is seeking a qualified candidate for a unique Campus Recruiter contract role in the Atlanta, GA, area through December . This role involves reviewing thousands of resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and making offer letters. It's a full-time position based in an office setting, Monday through Friday. This is a rare opportunity to gain valuable experience in the recruitment field and work in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct profile reviews and managed the offer letter process.
• Review thousands of applicants from non-core schools
• Conduct resume reviews and reach out to students.
• Screen candidates and push qualified applications forward to Recruiting Coordinators (RCs).
• Collaborate with RCs to schedule interviews and provide support for the interview process.
• Make offer letters for selected candidates post-interview.

Ideal candidate:

• 3-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience using Handshake, Cornerstone, and MS Office.
• Campus recruiting experience with high-volume resume screening
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and inquisitive
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to generate new ideas and recommendations.
