Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and service technicians with their parts needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and delivery times.
• Maintain inventory levels by ordering parts and managing stock.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, offering expert advice on automotive parts.
• Process orders, handle payments, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Counter Person preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.
