**Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up by starting their program as an Automotive Sales Consultant.** They will have an opportunity to participate in industry leading training programs as they develop their skills through formal and on the job dealership training, they will receive as they are mentored through the program.

**Job Requirements**
* Self-Starter
* Ability to invest a significant amount of personal time and energy outside business hours to the education and training process
* Strong Auto Sales and/or Customer Service Experience is a Plus but not required
* Strong Ethics and Values
* Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
* Excellent People Skills
* Must Pass Background and Drug Screen
