As an Assistant Dispensary Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide consistent, top-tier products to our community. Working with us means being part of a passionate team that values expertise, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. 

In this role, you will assist the Dispensary Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and customers. Your leadership will help cultivate a knowledgeable team, enhance customer experiences, and drive sales growth.

• Support the Dispensary Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and compliance with state regulations.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dispensary environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Salary

$55000 - $65000 USD per year

Required Skills

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations specific to the cannabis industry.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Desired Skills

• Experience in developing training programs or materials for staff.
• Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and make informed decisions.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
